About the Role

Nelson Exteriors is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant to sell exterior remodeling projects to homeowners across Metro Atlanta.

This is a consultative, appointment-based sales role. You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present solutions, and close deals in the home. No cold calling. Strong lead flow. Real earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners on company-provided, pre-set appointments
• Evaluate exterior needs (roofing, siding, windows, doors, painting, decks)
• Present proposals and close contracts in the home
• Manage your pipeline from consultation to signed agreement
• Work with production teams for smooth handoff
• Track activity using a tablet-based CRM

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (in-home, commissioned, or home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Willingness to learn exterior construction products
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a tablet/CRM
• Able to lift sample materials (up to ~60 lbs)
