You will oversee multiple projects while maintaining seamless communication with clients, crews, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with customers and crews about jobs</li><li>Organize company and subcontractor materials for each project</li><li>Oversee (on site) daily progress of assigned active projects</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget</li><li>Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates</li><li>Uphold high-quality craftsmanship and safe construction practices</li><li>Handle crew payroll and track project materials</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of two years of varied construction experience</li><li>Knowledge of paint and siding products and/or decks and their application (beyond hands-on experience)</li><li>Strong understanding of safe construction practices and quality craftsmanship</li><li>Clean driving record (mandatory for company vehicle use)</li><li>Experience with JobNimbus is preferred but not required</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work</li><li>Leadership mindset, you take ownership of projects and teams</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time Position</li><li>Earn up to $120,000 per year (includes bonuses)</li><li>Performance bonuses for top performers</li><li>$400 monthly gas stipend</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and paid vacations</li><li>Retirement plan with company match</li><li>Company truck, laptop, and cell phone</li><li>Weekends off</li><li>We will train you on our procedures, scheduling tools, and policies to set you up for success.</li></ul>Nelson Exteriors is an equal opportunity employer.
